Returns Policies

  RETURNS POLICY INTERNET SALES

You have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery.
To do this please email info@coyoti.com  or phone  01446 775778.  You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however a brief explanation will help us to improve the services we offer customers in the future.

If you cancel your order you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that all goods are packaged to protect against damage. If you fail to return any good ordered, we will collect them, and you will be charged the direct cost of the collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in any damage or deterioration, you will be charged for any reduction in value.

Any items returned for a refund or exchange must be received back at our store within 14 days of purchase, as sold, in a new and unused condition, with the original packing, (please take reasonable care when opening any packaging), along with all receipts. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted.

 

We strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please be aware that in order to comply with Health and Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with this criteria.

As a goodwill gesture we are happy to extent our internet returns period for any items bought as Christmas Presents until January 9th 2015.

Notification of damage or shortage to your delivery

You have 7 days after the receipt of goods to make us aware of any damage or shortage to your delivery we regret we can’t deal with any claim after this time period. Ay damage or shortage to your delivery must be reported by email to info@coyoti.com

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with any item please contact us directly, either by email info@coyoti.com or by phone 01446 775778 we will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Our Shop Returns Policy

As a goodwill gesture we are happy to offer a refund up to 7 Days and an exchange up to 28 days after the date of purchase, you will need to show a valid receipt or other proof of purchase.

*All sale  or promotional items are exempt from this unless they are found to be not of satisfactory quality; not fit for the purpose intended or do not correspond with their description.
