DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RETURNS POLICY INTERNET SALES ONLY 
You have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery.
To do this please email info@coyoti.com  or phone  01446 775778.  You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however a brief explanation will help us to improve the services we offer customers in the future.
If you cancel your order you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that all goods are packaged to protect against damage. If you fail to return any good ordered, we will collect them, and you will be charged the direct cost of the collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in any damage or deterioration, you will be charged for any reduction in value.

 Any items returned for a refund or exchange must be received back at our store within 14 days of purchase, as sold, in a new and unused condition, with the original packing, (please take reasonable care when opening any packaging), along with all receipts. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted.

We strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please be aware that in order to comply with Health and Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with this criteria.

Standard Size Delivery
Orders maybe sent in several deliveries and may be upgraded to a courier service which will need a signature.

Order confirmation and delivery times.
Orders placed before 11.00am on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Please note orders will not be despatched on a weekend or a bank holiday. 


Interruption of Service
Coyoti will do all that it reasonably to meet the date given for any delivery, in the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the reasonable control of the company Coyoti will contact the customer and agree an alternative date. 

Notification of damage or shortage to your delivery
You have 7 days after the receipt of goods to make us aware of any damage or shortage to your delivery we regret we can’t deal with any claim after this time period. Ay damage or shortage to your delivery must be reported by email to info@coyoti.com


Special Delivery date Requests.
If you are ordering goods for a particular holiday departure date or as a gift for a birthday etc, please inform us when you place your order, we will make every effort to meet this deadline but can’t guarantee a specific delivery date.

Christmas Gifts
The last day we can accept any pre Christmas orders is the 20th of December 2018, orders made after this date will be processed but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas Day sorry.
