ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY TIME :- Orders placed after 1.00pm will not be despatched on the same day. Our delivery company will aim to deliver between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

NB* Interruption of Service
If Coyoti.com is unable to start or continue with carriage of it's customers package for a reason beyond its control, Coyoti.com will not be in breach of its agreement with it's customer but will take all steps that are reasonably practicable in the circumstances to commence or continue the carriage. Examples of events beyond Coyoti.com control are disruption to air or ground transportation due to bad weather, fire, flood, war, hostilities, civil disturbance, acts of government or other authorities (including, without limitation, customs) and labour disputes or obligations affecting Coyoti.com or some other party.

INTERNET RETURNS :- Any items returned for a refund or exchange must be received back at our store within 14 days of purchase, as sold, in a new and unused condition, with the original packing, (please take reasonable care when opening any packaging), along with all receipts. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please be aware that in order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with these criteria.

SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS :-If you are ordering goods for a particular holiday departure date or as a gift for a birthday etc, please inform us when you purchase your product, so we can make every effort to meet this deadline.
