Our Price Match Promises Scheme.- We regularly check our prices both in-store and on-line to make sure we are competitive, so if you buy a product from us and find it on sale in another store or on-line for cheaper we will refund the difference.
Any item must be the same colour, size and specifications, any product must be in stock and available to purchase on the same day you register for our price match promise scheme and does not cover items for sale by private individuals or on auction sites.
We will match all in-store and on-line offers, when price matching against any on-line product the cost of delivery will be added to the cost of the item and the total combined cost will be the one then used in our price match promises scheme.
The Price Match Promises scheme is only valid for a period of 7 days after purchase. Coyoti ski and snowboard reserves the right to confirm the authenticity of any claim against the price match promises scheme and have 2 working days to do so.
We do not cover items for sale outside of the UK. due to currency variations and this scheme is not available to customers that live outside the UK.
Our price match promise scheme comes under the terms and conditions of any offer or promotion and therefore cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and is subject to availability at the time of purchase.
Our Privilege Card:- As a Privilege Card Holder you will receive 1 privilege card point for every £1 you spend in our Coyoti ski and snowboard Cowbridge store, each privilege card point is worth 5p (for the month of November).
When you have 200 privilege card points your customer account will be automatically credited with the sum equal to 200 points.
The privilege card points cannot be exchanged for cash, if an item bought with privilege card points is returned you will only receive account credit in return.
The management reserve the right to stop this promotion at any time; any privilege card points accrued on this date will be automatically added to your customer account at their redeemable value on that day.
ONLINE CARD PURCHASES :- When placing an Internet order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your card company.
Privacy Policy :- We do not store any credit card details of any customers, nor do we share any customer details with 3rd parties.
SIZE QUERIES :- If you have any queries regarding purchasing the correct size product please view our helpful size chart guide, alternatively please don't hesitate to call us on 01446 775778 or email info@coyoti.com and one of our friendly and helpful staff will be delighted to advise you. Please note sizes can vary between different brands and styles.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY TIME :- Our delivery company will aim to deliver between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday. Please note that a signature may be required upon receipt. Once your order has been processed and is ready for despatch you will receive an email to confirm this.
INTERNET RETURNS :- Any items returned for a refund or exchange must be received back at our store within 14 days of purchase, as sold, in a new and unused condition, with the original packing, (please take reasonable care when opening any packaging), along with all receipts. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted.
We strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please be aware that in order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with this criteria.
SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS :-If you are ordering goods for a particular holiday departure date or as a gift for a birthday etc, please inform us when you purchase your product, so we can make every effort to meet this deadline.
CHRISTMAS GIFTS :- The last day we can accept any pre Christmas orders is the 21st of December 2011 (Next Day Delivery), orders made after this date will be processed but we cannot guarantee delivery before the Christmas Day.
EXCEPTIONS AND GUARANTEES :- Whilst we endeavour to thoroughly test all hardware products on this site, it should be noted that descriptions of performance and suitability are purely subjective.
SKI BOOTS PURCHASED (Online Orders) :- Whilst this service is available we would always recommend if possible to visit our store due to the very personal fitting implications inherent in the purchase of ski and snowboard boots.
SKI EQUIPMENT PURCHASED (Online Orders). :- In Order for us to mount your bindings you would need to supply us with the following information;

Your Height?
Your Weight?
Your Ability Level? (brief desciption)
Your Ski Boot Sole Length?
It is important for your own safety that you get your bindings and DIN settings checked by a trained ski technician prior to going skiing.

It is the individual's own responsibility to learn and understand the proper techniques associated with safe participation in these activities and to fully accept and assume all risks, damages, injury or death which may result from the use of the items purchased from Coyoti Ltd.
