ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY TIME :- Our delivery company will aim to deliver between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Please note that a signature may be required upon receipt. When we confirm receipt of your order, we will also let you know the anticipated delivery date.
INTERNET RETURNS :- Any items returned for a refund or exchange must be received back at our store within 14 days of purchase, as sold (in a new and unused condition, with the original packing intact), along with all receipts. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted minus any delivery charges that Coyoti has incurred. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please be aware that in order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with these criteria.
SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS :-If you are ordering goods for a particular holiday departure date or as a gift for a birthday etc, please inform us when you purchase your product, so we can make every effort to meet this deadline.
CHRISTMAS GIFTS :- The last day we can accept any pre Christmas orders is the 11th of December 2009, orders made after this date will be processed but we cannot guarantee delivery before the Christmas Day.
