How will my order be delivered?
Coyoti Ski and Snowboard offer a Free UK Delivery Service on orders over £100 and a Next Working Day Delivery (Mainland UK Only) which you are able to select during the checkout process. Up To 1KG UK delivery will be despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class and Up to 2KG delivery will be despatched via Royal Mail Standard Parcels. Next Working Day Delivery will be delivered by UPS. For Next Working Day Delivery you can call us quoting your order number and our staff will happily check the progress of your parcel. European and International delivery is available at fantastic rates, please see our delivery information for more information or call us on 01446 775778.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed using our FREE UK Delivery service will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, we do advise delivery can take approx 3-5 working days. Orders placed on a Next Working Day will be delivered the next working day (Monday - Friday) however please note orders placed after 1pm will not be despatched the same day.

What is your Returns Policy?
Any items returned for a refund or exchange must be received back at our store within 14 days of purchase, as sold (in a new and unused condition, with the original packing intact), along with all receipts. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted.
Do I have to pay for returning a product for an exchange or refund?
Yes, if you are returning a product to Coyoti Ski and Snowboard Shop for an exchange or refund then you will incur the postage charge, If you are returning a product that is wrong or faulty we will refund you the postage charge incurred. We always recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
